Holiday Stroll at Historic Yellow Springs – December 7th
We welcome all of you to come, share the holiday spirit, and be surprised!  There will be fun activities, holiday stories, tasty snacks, holiday music and more as you stroll the village guided by the glowing luminaries.

Christmas Open House at the Barn – December 7th-9th
Life’s Patina at Willowbrook Farm is opening up the barn to celebrate the Christmas season. And celebrate we do with our Christmas Open House! We will be opening the barn doors to highlight all that we love about Christmas, interspersing our collections of the season with vintage elements and inspiring vignettes. From ornaments to reindeer, mangers to mercury glass, Christmas trees to garlands… we have them here.

SantaFest at American Helicopter Museum – December 8th
Santa lets the reindeer rest for the upcoming big day and instead arrives via helicopter! He lands at 11 a.m. ready to hear childrens’ wish lists in our colorful Santa’s Workshop.

A Sugartown Christmas – December 8th
Bring your family to Historic Sugartown for some holiday fun!  Explore the historic village festively decorated for the season and hear about Victorian Christmas traditions.  Sugar up at Sugartown! In our Carriage Museum, kids will get a chance to decorate holiday cookies and gingerbread houses set up to resemble our village! Visitors can also try their hand at making Victorian-style ornaments and Christmas cards.

Chester County Library’s Annual Holiday Craft Show – December 8th
The holiday season is a busy time of year. Finding the perfect gift for loved ones can be frustrating and stressful. Historic Yellow Springs Members Art Show – December 13th
Historic Yellow Springs is pleased to present the 2018 Members Art Show, an exhibition featuring the work of member artists from across the Delaware Valley.  Each participant will be exhibiting one to three pieces of art including oil and watercolor paintings, pastel, encaustic, ceramics, sculpture, fiber art, photography and mixed media.

Wild Lights at Elmwood Park Zoo – December 17th
You’re in for a treat this holiday season as Wild Lights transforms Elmwood Park Zoo into a bright and stunning winter wonderland! Millions of lights will illuminate all of our 16 acres. You’ll be dazzled by animated installations, interactive elements, and themed attractions. Follow the lighted path to visit Disco Ball Way and Candy Cane Lane, and be sure to stop by Santa’s Workshop for photos with the big man himself.

One of the most popular movies of all time, It’s a Wonderful Life has come to represent all the hope, good will, and sentiment that define the holiday season. Please join us in rooting for Jimmy Stewart, Clarence the Angel, and all his friends as they discover that each of us, in our own way, is a vital part of the world. “Attaboy, Clarence!”

American Helicopter Museum Jeopardy Party – December 18th
Come Join Us For Our Jeopardy! Debut Party!!!  The American Helicopter Museum & Educational Center will be a category on the real Jeopardy show on Dec 18th.  This event is free for everyone!!!

March-In of the Continental Army at Valley Forge – December 19th
This annual event commemorates the arrival of General George Washington’s ill-supplied Continental Army at Valley Forge, in order to establish a winter encampment. Come meet His Excellency in person on December 19! Join us and experience an evening of festivities at Valley Forge. Take a candlelit walk to the Muhlenberg Brigade huts, encounter reenactors at a living Continental camp, meet George Washington, and enjoy eighteenth-century music. Warm up in the Visitor Center with gingerbread, refreshments, storytelling, and more!
