Classics Held to a Higher Standard

Malvern’s own, Just Add Water band, will be tearing it up with their Classic Rock and Roll renditions (with their special twist) at Duffer’s Tavern in Glen Mills PA on August 6, 2016.

Just Add Water, is the name of the quintessential Classic Rock and Roll band with a playlist that includes a boat load of the hits songs from the 60’s through the 80’s and into the 90’s.  Whether you’ve witnessed their performances in some of the area’s more popular venues, or if you’ve ever cruised through the Borough of Malvern, on King Street, between 7 and 9 PM, you surely would have heard their toe-tapping concert sound coming from their Tuesday night rehearsal.

While honing their skills in their loft, just above Harlan Beverage, MainLineBiz.com ventured up to take a peek.  Welcomed in, we became enveloped in some of the greatest renditions of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Doobie Brothers, Led Zeppelin, and some of the best Lead Guitar solos we have ever heard from Dean, which was, to say the least — chilling.  I’d say, if you closed your eyes, you would’ve thought you were listening to the original artists, if it weren’t for Just Add Water “Owning It!” Drummer – Rich; Lead Vocalist – Brian, Bass thumped by Kenny, Rhythm handled beautifully by Michael, and Ivories tickled by Max (an understatement if you ever listened to him perform).  Not everyone is able to sit in on some of their sessions, so it’s tough to illustrate the magical way they work together.  Disciplined, focused, and driven to get it Perfect, where most bands disband over egos, their greater understanding of each others over-all strengths and profound Family compassion has kept things on track for years, able to give their audiences their best, and make all of their performances memorable.

In concert, they connect, keeping it real, with their audiences and create a truly energetic party atmosphere that makes everyone want to hit the dance floor or spend time with friends enjoying all those great hits from the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, and more.  We encourage everyone to show your support for small businesses and local artists.  It keeps communities thriving and sends the signal to future entrepreneurs that their talents and efforts are, and will be, appreciated.
